Step 1: Go to the 'Schedule' section in the 'Appointments' module of your dashboard. Below you will find a list of the different appointment statuses
This appointment was confirmed through a text/email but has yet to be confirmed in the practice management system.
This appointment was confirmed through a text/email and is has been marked as confirmed in the practice management. system.
This appointment was confirmed directly into the practice management system, and not through a text/email.
This appointment has not been confirmed.
This indicates that a patient has opted out of messaging and is on the no contact list.
This indicates that a patient does not have a valid mobile number or email address on file.
