Creating a Campaign

Step 1: Click the 'Campaigns' tab on the left side of the screen and then click 'Select' on the template that you would like to use.  You are able to edit all the content of the message but not the images (to upload your practice visit the 'Settings' section)


Step 2: To add recipients click 'To' then select All Active Patients / All Patients / Select Patietns from Schedule / Upload Contacts / Individual Patients.


All Active Patients: This option will select all patients that are marked as 'Active' in your EHR to receive the email campaign.


All Patients: This option will select all patients in your EHR to receive the campaign email.


Upload Contacts: This option gives you the ability to upload an Excel / CSV file of patients to receive the email campaign. (see contact upload FAQ for instructions)


Select Patients from Schedule: This option gives you the ability to send a message to segments of patients based on appointment date.  (see Select Patients from Schedule FAQ for instructions)


Individual Contacts: This option gives you the ability to search for patients one by one to add to the email campaign.



Step 3: You can edit the subject, title, and body of the email, and a preview of the email will be displayed on the right.


Step 4: Now you can send the campaign immediately by clicking the 'Send' button, or you can schedule it to be sent at a later time by clicking the 'Schedule' button.  To quickly test the campaign you have created we give you the ability to send it to registered users of your account by clicking the 'Test' button.  


Step 5: All past campaigns and scheduled campaigns will be visible in the in the 'My Campaigns' section.  Here you can preview, replicate, or cancel the campaigns, as well as see the recipient list.
