Summary: We provide you with a convenient list of patients that are on the calendar in the next 3 days and are still unconfirmed. We also provide you with a list of patients that have recently confirmed their appointment, and now need to be marked as confirmed in your practice management system.
Unconfirmed Appointments:
Step 1: Go to the 'Overview' section in the 'Appointments' module of your dashboard and click on the 'Unconfirmed' tab.
Step 2: Click on one of the dates/days to see a list of all patients scheduled for that day that are unconfirmed.
Newly Confirmed Appointments:
Step 1: Go to the 'Overview' section in the 'Appointments' module of your dashboard and click on the 'Newly Confirmed' tab. This is a list of all patients that have confirmed their appointment through the text/email.
Step 2: Go into your practice management system and mark these patients as confirmed.
