Opt Out List: Adding patients to do not contact list

Summary: If there are patients that wish to not be contacted you are able to add them to the 'Opt Out List'. 


Step 1: Go to the 'Opt Out List' section in the 'Location Settings' module of your dashboard, and click the 'Add Contact' button.




Step 2: Enter the patient name and contact info, then select the services you would like to opt the patient out of receiving messages from.



Step 3: Now you will see the newly added patient on the list.  From here you are able to click 'Edit' and adjust the message preferences for all the services.

Step 4: If you see contacts on this list without a name they are patients that have opted themselves out of messaging from one of the texts they received.
