Summary:  We provide you with a view of your calendar that shows all the patients on the calendar for the current day, and you can click to the following day.  Patient screening results are displayed with the lights (gray, green, yellow, red) adjacent to the patient name and appointment time.

Step 1: In the Virtual Waiting Room module we will provide you with a list of all patients on the calendar for the current day, and you can toggle to the following day using the arrow.  All patients are sent the health assessment 24 hours before their appointment.  The green light below indicates that a patient has passed the initial health assessment.

Step 2: When the patient responds to the 1 hour screen indicating they have arrived at the practice and are not showing any new symptoms their will be 2 additional green lights.  Now the practice can click the 'Ready' button to message the patient that they are ready to be seen.

Step 3: Below are examples of other scenarios.

1: Patients that do not complete the 24 Hour Assessment will receive the full assessment 1 hour prior to the appointment.

2: Patients that fail the initial assessment will have a red light.

3: Patients that fail the 1 Hour Screen assessment will have a red light.

4Patients that answer 'Yes' to a failable question will have a yellow light. Failable questions are those that are able to be answered with a 'Yes' without failing the assessment.

Failable Questions:  Can be used if you wish to identify patients that are high risk (over 60, pre-existing health conditions, etc).
