Fully Automated: Service automatically sends a review request to patients the day after their appointment

Daily Review: Service displays patients eligible for review request allowing the practice to choose who to send a request to and trigger messages.  If no changes are made the list will send automatically towards the end of the business day.

None: Service displays patients eligible for review request allowing the practice to choose who to send a request to and trigger messages.  The list will not send automatically and needs to be triggered by a user.
