Summary: Below you will find the content of the Virtual Waiting Room messages that are sent to the patients

24 Hour Assessment: All patients on the calendar will receive a text instructing them to complete a health assessment 24 hours before their appointment.

1 Hour Screen: Patients that pass the initial 24 hour assessment will receive the 1 hour screen confirming they are not experiencing new symptoms.  They are being instructed to reply with 'Y' if they are, or to text 'HERE' and wait in their car when they arrive at the office.

Arrival MessagePatients that text 'HERE' when they arrive will be informed they are ready to be seen, and to wear a mask or face covering.

Health Assessment: Below is the 9 question assessment that patients are being asked to complete

Failed Assessment: Patients that fail the 24 hour assessment, or the 1 hour screen, will receive a message stating that 'The practice will be reaching out with instructions on how to proceed'. We will leave it open ended for the practice to contact the patient whether that is to reschedule, or let that patient know that you are willing to see them anyway.
