Timing: The missed appointment notifications are automatically sent out the day after a missed appointment
Content: The patient is being instructed to text or call the practice to reschedule the appointment.
Practice Experience: You are able to monitor all patients that are contacted with the notifications by clicking on the 'Appointments' module, the 'Missed Appointment' section. You are able to see all outgoing messages, and any responses in the Patient Communicator module.
