Sending a Mass Text to patients on the calendar

Summary: If you have a supported software integration we give you the ability to send a Mass Text to a segment of patients that are, or were, on your calendar.  This includes patients that are on your calendar for up to 30 days in the future, and patients that were on your calendar in the past 2 months (sending to past appointments is dependent on how long Doctible's service has been integrated with your practice management software). 

Step 1: Click the 'Broadcast' button and then click 'Select From Schedule'

Step 2: Now by clicking on the calendar icon you can select the date range of appointments that you would like to include in the Mass Text.  All patients that are not marked as Cancel or No Show will be included in text message.

Step 3: We will show you how many patients are set to recieve the text message. From here you are ready to compose your text message. To ensure the best experience for contacts receiving the messages there is a strict 160 character limit.  When the message is ready click 'Send'
