Receiving a message

Step 1: When a new message is received that contact will be moved to the top of the contact list, and it will have a blue bar to indicate a new unread message has been received.  The new message will be displayed at the bottom of the conversation history with a time stamp.

Step 2:  If a text message sits unread for 10 minutes we will email the practice to notify of the new message.  The 'Reply' button will bring you to the Doctible dashboard where you can respond to the email.
