Sending a Campaign to patients on the calendar

Summary: We give you the ability to send an email Campaign to a segment of patients that are, or were on your calendar.  This includes patients that are on your calendar for up to 30 days in the future, and patients that were on your calendar as far as 12 months ago (sending to past appointments is dependent on how long Doctible's service has been integrated with your practice management software).

Step 1: Click the 'Campaigns' tab on the left side of the screen and then click 'Select' on the template that you would like to use.

Step 2: Click 'To' then select 'Select Patients from Schedule'

Step 3: Now by clicking on the calendar icon you can select the date range of appointments that you would like to include in the email Campaign.  All patients that are not marked as Cancel or No Show will be included in the email.

Step 3: In the 'To' line it will display the umber of patients that are set to receive the Campaign. From here you can create the the content for your Campaign.
