Summary: Having the practices Google account connected to the Doctible dashboard has 3 main benefits
- Alert you of any new Google reviews
- Gives you the ability to respond reviews from the dashboard
- Display all your reviews in the 'Public Reviews' section
Step 1: Go to the 'Social Media' section in the 'Review Management' module of your dashboard and click on the 'Connect Google My Business' button.
Step 2: If you are not logged into your Google/Gmail account on your browser you will be asked to login to your account.
Step 3: Once you sign in you will see the below screen. This access only gives Doctible the ability display the reviews on the dashboard, and provide you the ability to respond to reviews. This does NOT grant access to any other information.
Step 4: Once you click 'Allow' you will need to use the dropdown to select the Google My Business page you would like to connect. Then click 'Save'
Step 5: That's it. You are all set!
