Summary: We give you the ability to upload a list of patients to your Review Generator in CSV/XLS/XLSX format. We require that at least a first name, last name, and phone number column be present for the file to be valid; all other columns will be discarded. A maximum of 500 contacts can be added at a time.
Example file:
Step 1: Go to the 'Overview' section in the 'Review Management' module of your dashboard.
Step 2: Click the 'Send Multiple' button in the 'Quick Send' section, and select 'CSV/Excel'
Step 3: After a file is chosen to upload you can preview the recipients, and send a message to all patients on the list.
