Public Reviews

Summary: If the practices Google and Facebook accounts are connected in the 'Social Media' section of the dashboard we are able to report the practice's reviews to you.

Step 1: Go to the 'Public Reviews' section in the 'Review Management' module of your dashboard.

The filter gives you the ability to divide the review data.  You also have the ability to respond to Google reviews by clicking the 'Respond' button on any of the reviews.
