Summary: Having the practices Facebook account connected to the Doctible dashboard allows us to display all your reviews in the 'Public Reviews' section.
Step 1: Go to the 'Social Media' section in the 'Review Management' module of your dashboard and click on the 'Connect with Facebook' button.
Step 2: If you are not logged into your Facebook account on your browser you will be asked to login to your account
Step 3: Once you sign in you will see the below screen. This access only gives Doctible the ability display the reviews on the dashboard. This does NOT grant access to any other information. Click 'Continue as 'name''
Step 4: On this last confirmation box click 'Done'
Step 5: Lastly just click on the Facebook Business page that you would like to connect.
Step 6: Once it is connected you will see the facebook icon with your practice's name.
