All Inbox
Our All inbox is just like it sounds, it contains all of your messages in one place.
You can use this to look for a conversation that you can't find or to see conversations where the last message sent was an automated message.
All messages are displayed in chronological order, from newest to oldest.
Inbox Filters
Flagged and Unread are now filters
Our previous Inbox experience contained two additional inboxes, the Flagged inbox and the Unread inbox. We've turned these inboxes into filters, so that you can filter messages regardless of which inbox you're in!
- To filter for messages in an inbox, select "Filter" and select your desired filter
- The "Filter" menu item will display the currently active filter
- Simply click to remove the current filter
There may be instances where your filter yields no results, simply select "Clear Filters or select he filters menu item again
Flagged Filter
- Users can filter their current inbox by flagged messages.
When selecting to filter by flagged messages, you can select a specific color or you can choose all flags
Unread Filter
Users can filter their current inbox by unread messages.
Simply open the Filters menu and select "Unread Messages"
Only unread messages in the current inbox will be displayed
