Summary: We give you the ability to upload a list of contacts to your Patient Communicator in CSV/XLS/XLSX format. We require that at least a first name, last name, and phone column be present for the file to be valid; all other columns will be discarded. A maximum of 5000 contacts can be added at a time.
Example file:
Step 1: Click 'Settings' and then 'Upload Contacts'
Step 2: Drag and drop a file into the dotted area or click 'Choose File' to select a file for upload.
Step 3: You can view the contacts that are being uploaded. Depending on the size of the file it can take 5-10 minutes, when the upload is complete you will be able to search for contacts on the Patient Communicator home screen.
