Feedback and Requests: List of patients contacted

Summary: You are able to see all patients that have been contacted and how they interacted with the message.


Step 1: Go to the 'Feedback & Requests' section in the 'Review Management' module of your dashboard. 



Step 2: In the green 'Request Activity' you will find a list of all patients that the practice has sent a message too.  


The '' indicates that patient clicked on a link to a review site, and if you hover the mouse over it you can see which link they clicked on. 


The happy face indicates a patient elected to give direct feedback instead of visiting a review site.  In the blue 'Feedback' section you will find a list of all the feedback you have received.
